This educational workshop offers a science-informed, supportive space to better understand your pelvic health and sexual wellbeing.
Led by physiotherapist and founder of Intention Clinic, Shara Crunden, this three-hour workshop blends clinical knowledge with gentle, body-aware practices to help you reconnect with your body and gain practical tools for everyday wellbeing.
Together we will explore how the pelvic floor works, how hormones and stress influence pelvic health, and why symptoms such as pain, urgency, tension, or changes in libido are more common than many realize.
