A collaborative, small-group workshop designed for women who want to build strength — safely, effectively, and with confidence.
Many women know that resistance training is important, but still feel unsure on the gym floor:

Is this safe for my joints?
How hard should I be pushing?
Is this supporting my body — or stressing it?
This workshop bridges that gap.
The Changing Body: The principles, form and warm up
A guided, accessible session covering:
⟣ Why resistance training is essential for women
⟣ Bone health, muscle, joints, and metabolism
⟣ Common myths and mistakes that hold women back
⟣ How to train in a way that supports your body, not overwhelms it
⟣ Possible supplementation
⟣ Warm up
Movement, Mindfulness & Strength for Hormonal Balance
Small-group coaching in the gym, focused on:
✔️ Fundamental compound lifts
✔️ Proper alignment and joint safety
✔️ Breath coordination and pacing
✔️ Modifications for different fitness levels
✔️ Clear cues and hands-on support
Group sizes are kept intentionally small (4–6 women per trainer) to ensure individual attention and confidence-building coaching.
